产品概述：

  本公司生产的胶带输送机具有输送量大、结构简单、维修方便、部件标准化等优点，它广泛地应用在矿山冶金煤炭等部门用来输送松散物料或成件物品，根据输送工艺要求，可以单台输送，也可多台组成或与其它输送设备组成水平或倾斜的输送系统，以满足不同布置型式的作业线需要。胶带输送机可在环境温度-20℃至+40℃的范围内使用，输送物料的温度在50℃以下。

本公司生产的胶带输送机有如下型式：

（一）以传动型式区分：

1. STDJ 机械传动系列

它是采用摆线针轮减速机（带户外电机）和链传动结构型式。

2. STDJ II 机械传动系列。

它是由侧挂减速器和带传动结构型式

3. STD电滚简传动系列。

它是采用电滚简直接传动型式

（二）以安装式区分：

1. 固定式系列：直接安装在地基上

2. SDY系列-移动式系列。

它配有轮胎行走机构和输送倾角调节装置，它可根据装卸作业的要求自由调整。

（三）以结构型式区分：

本公司的胶带输送机有槽钢，框架和衍架三种结构型式。用户在订购胶带输送机时，需注以带维修走道和不带维修走道二种。

The belt conveyers produced by SJLC have following different types:

(1) Divded by Driving Method:

1. STDJ--Mechanical Drive

It is drived by cycloidal pin-wheel reducer(with outdoor motor)and chain-drive mechanism.

2. STDJ II Mechanical Drive Series It adopt upside-down reducer and belt-drive mechanise.

3. STD--Electric Rotor Drive Series

It is drived by electric rotor.

(2) Divded by Installation Method:

1. Fixed Series

It is directly installed on foundayion.

(3) Divided by Structures:

The belt conveyers produced by SJLC have three different structres:

1. U-steel

2. Frarme

3. Truss

NOTE:

This conveyor have two kinds,one with repairing walkway,anotherwithoutrepairingwalkway,when ordering the users shall state it clearly.
